Learning from Incidents as Continuous Design schedule 
In this workshop we will open a conversation between the practice of Learning from Incidents and the practice of Domain Driven Design. Both practices seek to tackle complexity in the heart of software. Learning from incidents is an opportunistic investment when reality exposes the weaknesses that have emerged in our system design and processes.
Let us enrich both practices through dialog with the other. We can model the domain of software incidents and thereby let DDD enrich Learning from Incidents. And let us discuss how to apply DDD patterns to refactor the business domain to a deeper model using insights learned from incidents.
